Login Procedure

Once the storage team confirms that the requested 'zone' is in place, please follow these steps to log in to the Starfish tool and access the zone.

Step 1: Connect to Brown VPN and go to https://starfish.brown.edu/. We recommend using Google Chrome.

Brown VPN is required to access Hibernate Service.

Step 2: Make sure Network authentication (PAM) is selected and sign in using your Brown AD credentials

Step 3: Upon login, you should see your zones (top left) and associated directories on the landing page. Navigate into the sub-directories to view your files.
